What is The Whole Nanny Self Care Retreat?

The Whole Nanny Self Care Retreat is a 3 day event specifically for those who need to be refueled, rejuvenated and empowerment for self care. There will be no professional development but all personal development and relaxation. The retreat is May 12-15, 2022. 

 

Where will the retreat be held? 

The Estancia Hotel & Spa in La Jolla, California. Book a room here

 

Does registration include hotel? 

No, hotel and travel are separate costs and rooms are not covered under registration. 

 

Is the retreat only for Nannies?

No, anyone can attend! We've always had attendees outside of the nanny industry a part of our events and all are welcome!

How much does the retreat cost? 

Early Bird General Admission is $349 through November 30th. The price will increase to $399 after.

Early Bird VIP is $449 through November 30th. The price will increase to $499 after.

Save $50 per registration by registering as a group with a minimum of 4. All group registration must be paid at the time of purchase.   

What's included in registration?

All day and evening events and sessions, May 12-15, 2022, are included along with select meals. VIP registration includes a separate private event with Stephanie and a spa service. Discounted spa services are available on site. 

Is there a retreat schedule? 

Yes, we will share the schedule on the main retreat page. Please stay tuned for updates! 

Will there be any trainings or certifications? 

There will be no professional development training or certifications. Come ready to relax!

Are there COVID and pandemic precautions in place? 

Yes, we are working with the hotel to make sure everyone is safe, our meeting space is clean and precautions are in place. We will do temperature checks and ask attendees to sign waivers before entering retreat events. More information coming soon!

What happens if there's a COVID outbreak? Will the retreat be canceled and will I receive a refund? 

The only way the retreat will be canceled or postponed is if there's another mandatory shut down in California or if there's an outbreak at the hotel. We are keeping a close eye on everything to make the best decisions for our group. Refunds will be given in the event there's a mandatory shutdown. 

Is registration refundable? 

Registration is non refundable nor transferrable should you decide not to attend the event. You can sell your ticket and we can help with that process. We will issue refunds if the event must be canceled due to COVID or mandatory shut downs. 

How do payment plans work? 

General admission and VIP payment plans are split into 4 payments over a 4 month period. The price is based on regular admission of $399 (GA) and $499 (VIP) and includes a $10 processing fee per payment. Please find payment plans here

Are there vendor opportunities? 

Yes, please fill out the vendor application here. Applications do not guarantee a vendor table. Space is limited and all vendors will be notified upon approval. The vendor table fee is $200.
